The recent decision of the Supreme Administrative Court file no. 6 As 186\/2023 offers several key perspectives on the possibility of associations to participate in court proceedings. It follows from the decision that environmental protection associations are not &#8220;universal protectors&#8221; of all interests in the so-called follow-up proceedings.
