In the area of labour relations, for example, it defined that a mere change in the scope of work of the successor of a senior employee does not mean the abolition of the job and does not in itself give rise to a right to severance pay. In insolvency law, the court emphasized the inadmissibility of the debtor acting as his own creditor in insolvency proceedings conducted against his property. Also noteworthy is the decision in the field of housing law, in which the Supreme Court corrected the conclusions of lower courts on the possibility of renting the common areas of the house and limited the formalistic approach to assessing the protection of the tenant.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":117,"featured_media":10491,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[4],"tags":[673,8],"class_list":["post-10256","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-law","tag-legal-news","tag-dreport-newsletter"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.dreport.cz\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/10256","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.dreport.cz\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.dreport.cz\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.dreport.cz\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/117"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.dreport.cz\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=10256"}],"version-history":[{"count":2,"href":"https:\/\/www.dreport.cz\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/10256\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":10258,"href":"https:\/\/www.dreport.cz\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/10256\/revisions\/10258"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.dreport.cz\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/10491"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.dreport.cz\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=10256"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.dreport.cz\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=10256"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.dreport.cz\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=10256"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
