{"id":7299,"date":"2022-09-22T13:05:19","date_gmt":"2022-09-22T11:05:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dreport.cz\/en\/?p=7299"},"modified":"2023-03-06T12:35:51","modified_gmt":"2023-03-06T11:35:51","slug":"medical-certificate-as-a-basis-for-dismissal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.dreport.cz\/en\/blog\/medical-certificate-as-a-basis-for-dismissal\/","title":{"rendered":"Medical certificate as a basis for dismissal"},"content":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>One of the grounds for termination of employment under Act No. 262\/2006 Coll., the Labour Code, as amended (the \u201cLabour Code\u201d) is a situation where the employee has lost their long-term medical fitness due to their health condition, according to a medical certificate issued by an occupational health services provider or according to a decision of a competent administrative authority reviewing the medical certificate (the Labour Code similarly regulates the grounds for termination of employment relating to occupational accidents and diseases).
