The call of the Newcomers sub-programme is aimed at starting up own research and development activities of enterprises that have not yet carried out their own research and development activities on a regular basis nor purchased research and development services from research organisations. Thus, only enterprises that have not received R&#038;D support in the last five years, even in the form of tax deductions, can apply for support under this programme.
