The \u200eConstitutional Court criticized the regional court for instructing participants about the inadmissibility \u200eof an appeal, thereby infringing on their right to a fair trial. The Supreme Court reaffirmed that \u200emembers of the statutory bodies of the community of unit owners cannot perform their function \u200eunder the regime of dependent work, even if they agree to do so. The Supreme Administrative Court \u200econcluded that a review proceeding cannot be initiated due to incorrect legal qualification of an \u200eoffense.
