In another decision, it dealt with the interpretation of the \u200econtent of the agreement on termination of employment with regard to the actual will of the contracting \u200eparties. Subsequently, it assessed liability for a breach of the ban on competition, which it inferred directly \u200efrom a member of the statutory body, not from the legal entity in whose favour it acted.
