Supported expenses:

• Construction: Construction costs of apartments or apartment buildings, including accessories needed for their use, demolition costs, and the necessary infrastructure to connect the building to the main networks (energy connections, access pavements, roads, etc.)
• Purchase: The price specified in a purchase agreement or the usual price according to the Property Valuation Act

Eligible applicants:

• Construction: Legal entities
• Purchase: Regional and local authorities, registered churches, legal entities established by municipalities, voluntary associations of municipalities, regions, or churches, foundations and endowment funds providing social housing
• The entire territory of the Czech Republic

Amount of grant and loan:  

• Loan: Up to 90% of total eligible costs
• Grant: 25–40% of eligible costs

 Conditions for granting support:

• The grant can only be provided in combination with a loan.
• The grant is provided up to the cost of 80 m² of the floor area of an apartment, the maximum floor area of a rental apartment must not exceed 120 m².
• At least 25% of the available rental apartments must be allocated to tenants designated by the municipality or institutions in healthcare, education, public security, IRS, or the provision of social services and public administration.
• The rent must only be up to the amount of the cost-based rent and lower than the comparable rent usual at the given location.

About the programme:

• Allocation of CZK 7 billion
• Call is opened until the allocation is committed
