The Ministry of Industry and Trade plans to announce a subsidy call for small and medium-sized enterprises in December this year to help them renovate outdated and technically inadequate buildings for use in tourism. This is very likely to be in the area of accommodation or restaurant services or museum and cultural activities. The following are the expected conditions and parameters of the call.

The call will be on an ongoing basis, which means that applications will be evaluated continuously in the order in which they are submitted until the programme fund allocation is exhausted. There is no qualitative competition, the time of submission is the key factor, and the minimum requirements must be met. Since a building permit is likely to be required for the application, or at least an application to the building authority, we recommend that you start preparing your project plan as soon as possible.
