Get subsidies for new production technologies in the Innovation programme

The Ministry of Industry and Trade has published a call for Innovations under the Operational Programme Technologies and Applications for Competitiveness (OP TAC). The programme offers a subsidy opportunity for the acquisition of production technologies in order to launch the manufacturing of new products or to create new production processes and provide new services.

The programme is suitable for applicants who have already completed research and development of new products/processes. The results of the R&D can come from in-house (or collaborative) R&D or can be acquired in the form of licences and patents.

Who may apply:

  • Small and medium-sized enterprises
  • Small mid-caps, i.e. small companies with a medium market capitalisation (up to 500 employees)
  • The project must be implemented outside the territory of Prague

What the support can be used for:

  • Purchase of new production machinery, equipment, hardware, software and networks
  • Intellectual property rights, product certification

Amount of the subsidy: 

  • Minimum CZK 3 million per project
  • Maximum CZK 100 million per project

Level of support:

  • 15–60% based on the size of the enterprise and location of implementation

Dates and deadlines:

  • Opening date for acceptance of applications: 7 May 2024
  • Closing date for applications: 31 July 2024
  • Completion ofproject implementation: 30 June 2027
