The expected subsidy call for corporate education has been announced

Companies can start applying for support for the development of professional and key competencies of their employees. At the beginning of November, the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs announced the long-awaited Call No. 83 Corporate Education from the Operational Programme Employment Plus (OPZ+). A total of CZK 700 million is going to companies of all sizes, including those based in Prague. Applications are now open.

What can be supported?

The call supports the continuing professional education of employees, with particular emphasis on:

  • personal development of employees 55+,
  • strengthening the digital competences of employees.

Types of supported courses:

  • IT and digital education
  • Technical and professional courses (e.g. accounting, economics, law)
  • Soft and managerial skills
  • Language education

The minimum course length is 4 hours.

 Who can apply?

  • Businesses of all sizes
  • Entities from all over the Czech Republic, including Prague

Deadlines and parameters of the call

  • Date of announcement of the call: 3.11.2025
  • Access and receipt of applications: from 3.11.2025 (8:00)
  • Closing date for applications: 08/01/2026 (12:00)
  • Maximum project duration: 20 months
  • Latest completion of the project: 31/05/2028
  • Allocation: 700 000 000 CZK
  • Aid rate: EU 49.88 % / applicant 50.12 %
  • Form of financing: ex post
  • The support is provided in the de minimis regime, in the form of unit costs – i.e. a fixed rate for 1 “person-hour”.
