In practice, we recommend our clients use the current tax information box PLUS (DIS+) available at www.mojedane.cz. It is basically an online overview of a company's personal tax accounts (similar to internet banking), allowing, for example, monitoring the status of payments and arrears, documents, and the status of tax return processing. The old tax information boxes will be switched off by 28 February 2022.
In the long run, using DIS+ at www.mojedane.cz can bring you several benefits. You can get a wealth of information about your taxes and related obligations instantly and online. For example, you can monitor the current balances of your personal tax accounts within the portal and, if necessary, manage them by requesting a refund or transferring them to another tax account. DIS+ also allows you to file tax returns, set alerts, check the process of individual filings, or monitor deadlines. By actively using DIS+, you can prevent penalties or interest on late payments. In addition, further expansion of functionality is planned.
In practice, we recommend the relevant staff be trained to ensure that all the benefits of DIS+ are fully reaped.
