Luxembourg: Access to anti-money laundering information gazette

The bill implementing the EU directive on tax authorities’ access to anti-money-laundering information was published on 6 August 2018.

The bill, which applies from 10 August 2018, provides amendments to the following laws: the law on administrative cooperation in the field of taxation, the law relating to the Common Reporting Standard (CRS) and the law on country-by-country (CbC) reporting.
