Three programmes that can kick-start your R&D
Companies that invest in research and development should be more vigilant – the second half of 2025 brings a series of attractive subsidy calls. Three programmes are about to be announced: the 4th Call for DEEP TECH Applications under the Operational Programme Technology and Applications for Competitiveness (OP TAC), the 13th TREND Public Tender of the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic and the 2nd Public Tender of the TWIST Programme of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
Each of these programmes offers specific support for corporate research and development with a focus on financing operating costs (wages, materials, DHM depreciation, external services, overhead costs, etc.). All these calls aim to support innovative projects with an emphasis on the novelty of solutions, technological progress and commercial potential of outputs. Businesses in Prague can also reach for the subsidy – as part of the TWIST and TREND programmes. Below is an overview of the expected parameters of the calls.

Tax deductions for research and development are also a suitable alternative and complement to the financing of research and development in the business sector. More information can be found on our website or on the webcast, which will take place on 1.10.2025.
At the same time, calls for the construction of corporate research and development facilities (the Potential of OP TAK call) or for the purchase of new production equipment for the introduction of product or process innovations into practice (OP TAC Innovation call) are prepared for announcement.
