Grant call for the acquisition of new zero-emission vehicle announced
In mid-March, we witnessed the announcement of the call from the National Recovery Plan titled “Electromobility Guarantee” which supports the purchase of zero-emission vehicles, including charging stations, in the form of a guaranteed instrument combined with a subsidy component. Applications can be submitted until the end of September 2025.
What can the grant be used for?
- Electric vehicles and hydrogen-powered vehicles
- Charging stations (only in conjunction with an electric vehicle)
How much can you obtain?
- Bank guarantee for a loan of up to 70%
- Vehicle acquisition must take place through a loan from a selected leasing company.

Who is the grant intended for?
- Businesses of all sizes, including self-employed individuals.
What other requirements are there?
- The vehicle price must not exceed CZK 1.5 million excluding VAT.
- The vehicle must be new (up to 6 months of operation and mileage up to 6,000 km).
- The vehicle or charging station must be purchased no later than 31 December 2025.
- The duration of the loan must be at least 1 year.
- The purchased vehicle or charging station must not be sold for at least 24 months.
- An application may be submitted once you have an approved and signed loan agreement with the leasing company or lending bank.
- The total support (i.e. the guarantee for the loan including the financial contribution) must not exceed the limit of public support according to de minimis aid rules.
Terms and Deadlines:
- Start date for submitting applications: 18 March 2024
- End date for submitting applications: 30 September 2025
