The Recovery Package in the context of tax changes
Following the Government announcement on the Recovery Package, the related amendment to the tax regulations was published. Below we summarise a selection of the most important changes in this area.
The announcement of several long-expected calls is planned for the months of June and July. These calls will focus on innovations, energy savings, renewable resources and the decrease of emissions.
At first, we expect the announcement of calls focusing on power industry as part of the Modernisation fund at the turn of June and July. In July, calls regarding circular economy (the National Recovery Plan), as well as innovations, energy savings and renewable resources (Operational Programme Technologies and Application for Competitiveness, OP TAC) should follow.
These programmes and calls represent an opportunity for enterprises to gain funds necessary for the change of their operations and processes so as to achieve greater sustainability, economic and environmental savings and invest in new, sustainable technologies.
