Simplified Administration of OP PIK

The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic has decided to simplify the procedure for issuing the Rulings on Subsidy Provision and Ruling Amendments under the Business and Innovations for Competitiveness Operational Programme (“OP PIK”). Subsequent to the change, applicants/recipients no longer have to sign these documents electronically.

It will be possible to approve the documents by way of special messages. As such, in the next step, the relevant Authority will forward the messages to the relevant subsidy provider for electronic signing. The signed documents will be loaded into the MS2014+ system and will neither be sent by mail nor via data boxes.
