Corporate training for employees: Applications will be accepted soon

Vocational training and employee development will soon be supported by a subsidy of up to CZK 10 million from the Operational Programme Employment Plus. The announcement of Call No. 47 of this programme is planned for March 2023. The subsidy is open to enterprises of all sizes, including those based in Prague.

In the programming period 2021-2027, the Operational Programme Employment Plus is a key instrument for the use of funding from the European Social Fund Plus, focused on social inclusion, the future of work and employment.

The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs plans to announce Call No. 47 in March, in which CZK 1 billion will be distributed to enterprises of all sizes. The call is aimed at further vocational training of employees supported by employers, covering professional and key competences. The expected parameters of the call are as follows:

Who may apply for the subsidy:

  • Enterprises of all sizes
  • The whole territory of the Czech Republic including Prague

What expenditures can be supported:

  • Soft and managerial skills
  • Technical and other vocational training – including e.g. IT, accounting, economics, law
  • Language training

Form, intensity, and amount of subsidy:

  • Support under the de minimis regime
  • Aid intensity 85%
  • The minimum subsidy amount is CZK 500,000; the maximum amount is CZK 10 million

Receipt of applications:

  • Estimated start of the application process: 20 March 2023
  • Estimated end of the application process: 16 June 2023
